Use of the App
WallSuper is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute wallpapers or content outside of personal use.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. When creating or signing in, you must provide accurate and truthful information.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of WallSuper require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and billed according to the terms shown at purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All wallpapers, trademarks, logos, and other content within the App remain the property of WallSuper. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.
Termination of Use
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without errors or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallSuper is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
